There are some distribution licenses in sed that are not represented in the debian/copyright file, which is a Policy violation. I have pushed a fix to git at https://salsa.debian.org/debian/sed/-/commit/cb92853072195ce7218f54c483192f9ff8b435d7. Please upload a version that contains that change or at least adds the missing licenses to the file.
