FYI: I am hoping to upload a new version of consul that fixes all the outstanding CVEs, or failing that, to remove consul support from prometheus.

I am sending this message in hopes that it delays the testing
autoremoval for a few days, as I have not been able to fix this bug in
time, and because of it Prometheus is about to be removed from testing
(a few days before than consul for some reason!).
