Bug#1016800: libgit2: please package version 1.5.x

The table at

https://github.com/libgit2/git2go#readme says v34 corresponds to libgit2 1.5. They could have skipped v34 to avoid confusion, but they have not done it. v35 is libgit2 main/HEAD.

libgit2         git2go
main    (will be v35)
1.5     v34
1.3     v33

go.mod also refers to v34, even in the v35 tree, so I will fetch
the v34 tag and make a release with that. Thanks for your help!
