sndio is effectively unmaintained in Debian. Even worse, it's a key
package. Unless the sndio story improves, i.e., someone actively starts
working on it again and the situation around sndio in Debian improves
and there is some clear improvement by adding back sndio support to
ffmpeg, I'm not adding a dependency on sndio to another key package.
