Four files in src/intl/ contain contradictory statements from Unicode Inc,
claiming that the file cannot be redistributed, and from Inprise Corporation,
claiming it is licensed under the Interbase Public License (which allows
redistribution; it is an MPL-like license).

src/intl/charsets/cs_sjis.h
Hopefully this can be resolved upstream. Otherwise the four files above would
need to be excluded from the sources used by the Debian package and therefore
lose support for the corresponding national character sets.
