I just upgraded GNUstep at work, on my machine running testing, and I
noticed that the symlink was not created. Reinstalling the package
didn't work, either.
I removed the empty directory
/usr/lib/GNUstep/System/Applications/GNUMail.app/Resources and
reinstalled the package -- only then everything was in order. Perhaps
you should `rm -r' that directory before dh_link.
This problem occurs only on upgrades.
