Crashes with any 7bit on my machine:

I have sarge on powerpc (32bit) and sparc64 (64bit kernel 32bit user as
on thot).

I could try a 32bit 686 or k7 kernel, but this is a border machine
running iptables from the amd64 distro (as the i386 one did not work).

Had booted current kernel. (I always reboot after upgrading kernels.)

Justification for status is that I am still using efax with enscript and
GNU ghostscript.
