In general, we can do that. However, I would like to avoid using SO-versioned
package names in Recommends as these will have to be updated every time the
SO version of libpcsclite1 or libifd-cyberjack6 changes.
Adding pcscd and pcsc-tools to Recommends should be enough as both pull in
the other packages you listed as dependencies.
