Ok, I updated the patch to the current code (especially install-info needed a lot of adjustments). One remaining issue: Do we really want to put the dpkg-dev.pot file into scripts/po ? I woudl just put it into po/. No need for yet another po directory or for yet another po/ChangeLog... Or has this any advantages that I don't realize?
