Dear Maintainer,

Since version 1.0.2-1 of fail2ban the mails from fail2ban begin by :

From: root <root@<domain>>
Subject: [Fail2Ban] apache-noscript: started on <server>
To: root@localhost, set@<domain>, escape@<domain>
Date: Wed, 16 Nov 2022 17:28:19 +0100 (CET)

so they are send to non existing mail adress set@<domain> and
escap@<domain>. On the previous version of fail2ban the To: was 
To: root@localhost.
