Since qflow and arachne-pnr are science-team maintained and Steffen was
kind enough to grant me DM rights for them I've uploaded fixes for both to
unstable.

For qflow I've opted for deliberatly making the build fail on unsupported
architectures as we do for yosys now. As for arachne-pnr I've simply
switched an (uneccesarry) Depends: yosys to be a Suggests: yosys instead. I
hope that unblocks this RM request.

Do I need to file a seperate RM request for qflow or can this be handled as
part of this request? In case of the former qflow should be removed on
mipsel64el as well.

Thanks,
