Hi,

So I've done a little work on the package. It's generally fine, but I
had to tweak the debian/watch file to follow the newer GitHub
conventions. I also added myself as an uploader and uploaded the result
on salsa, here:

https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/packages/cumin

The package is not completely in line with the Python team convention:
normally, we use a pristine-tar and "upstream" branch, and import
tarballs when there's a new release. But since you've already done the
"just follow git" practice, I don't think it's absolutely mandatory to
convert the repository over to that mechanism: it's kind of annoying
work, and I much prefer to work towards getting this into the archive
already.

At your convenience, please review the changes I've done on the package,
and let me know when I can upload it.

Thanks!

PS: and I think you should get rid of the debian/ branches on your end
so there's no ambiguity about where the package is maintained.

I've got to design so you can put it together out of garbage cans. In
part because that's what I started from, but mostly because I don’t
trust the industrial structure—they might decide to suppress us
weirdos and try to deny us the parts we need.
