Unfortunately, my sponsor has already uploaded thaixfonts (repackaged xfonts-thai-* including the mentioned xfonts-thai-nectec) by installing the fonts.alias in /etc/X11/fonts/X11R7. It has been waiting in the NEW queue for 2 weeks.
