Hi,

when importing a patch with

$ quilt import -P 0009-resolvelib_0_9_0_compat.patch ../../tmp.patch -f -d n

and noticing that the patch level is wrong, the most intuitive next step is to
overwrite the patch with the correct patch level:

$ quilt import -p 0 -P 0009-resolvelib_0_9_0_compat.patch ../../tmp.patch -f -d
n

However, subsequent import/overwrites will not update the patch level in
debian/patches/series. It would be great if quilt would in the above case also
add "-p0" to the line.

Regards,
Lee
