Hi, Isn't the problem that the bug reporter uses ISO-8859-15 as his locale and Rhythmbox (and all GTK programs) expects the filename to be UTF-8 (unless G_FILENAME_ENCODING or G_BROKEN_FILENAMES is set)?
I tried importing a file with a ISO-8859-15 filename (o with diaeresis) on my en_GB.UTF-8 system and get the same message (<invalid filename>). None of my GTK programs seems to be able to display the filename correctly. -- Cheers, Sven Arvidsson http://www.whiz.se PGP Key ID 760BDD22
