isakmpd is one of the original implementations for IPSEC VPNs, IKEv1. The source we have is from 2004. OpenBSD applied many (security) bug fixes later on, but nobody should be running IKEv1 VPNs today (also for security reasons). Package is orphaned, basically upstream dead, and just obsolete. Not in stable, no r-deps. Please remove it. Chris
