Since the package has neither a Build-Depends on either package, I
suspect this is a follow-up issue of he current (recent?) Qt6 6.3.x to
6.4.x library transition and should go away from itself.

Probably the build-dependency on calibre is the main cause:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=calibre says that the
BinNMU builds of calibre were just 6 to 9 hours ago. Which is about
the time you've reported the bug report.

As of now, at least it installed all build-dependencies successfully
in an up to date chroot. I'll close the bug report if the build
succeeds.

                Regards, Axel
