Hello, I've updated the fontconfig package to 2.14.1-1 and incorporated various patches from the Debian BTS as well.
As I'm not very familiar with fontconfig I'm not sure I feel comfortable uploading it to unstable this close to the freeze, unless people review, test and give feedback about it in that makes me change my mind (because it would ofcourse be nice to have an updated version shipped if possible). I've pushed an 'experimental' branch to salsa.debian.org for now: https://salsa.debian.org/freedesktop-team/fontconfig/-/commits/experimental (Considering making an experimental upload of this.)
