In UEFI: WiFi and Bluetooth is enabled:

It happens when the installer tries to remove the module mt7921e.
It looks like the same kernel bug as in #1021918.

In UEFI: WiFi and Bluetooth is disabled:
Installation works fine.

Because wifi is disabled so mt7921e was not loaded in the first place.

After installation of Debian with the firmware, it's possible to enable WiFi 
and Bluetooth again.
There is no kernel crash anymore at normal booting of the installed system with 
Firmware.

Even without installing the firmware, the kernel won't crash as long as you do not try to remove mt7921e.
