Don't allow mysql-defaults into testing/Bookworm before MariaDB 1:10.11.1-1 has entered it first. There is no package 'mariadb-server-core' in MariaDB 1:10.6.11-2 and thus the defaults pointer would fail. This severity 'serious' bug should prevent the migration automatically. Close this bug when migration is free to proceed.
