Bug#1029234: lyx: Graphic problems editing a lyx file

After the reinstallation (without downgrade of other packages) Lyx 2.3.6 
presents no problems. It is perfectly working.

1) it worked correcly with 2.3.6?
2) the only thing which was upgraded was LyX but not the rest of the system 
(e.g. Qt libes/ X libraries...)?
