Because dictionary-el uses dh-elpa these days, it integrates only with GNU Emacs, which however incorporated the package into its standard library as of version 28. Upstream has been inactive, so there's not even any marginal benefit to having a second copy at this point. (There would be some marginal benefit with XEmacs, which ships an older version, but that older version is good enough as far as I'm concerned, particularly given that I'd have to revert to old-school packaging to do anything about it.) Please go ahead and remove this package at your convenience. Thanks!
