Control: tag -1 + pending

Any chance that you have disabled installing Recommends by default on
arm64 but not on amd64? Because all these three packages are listed in
the Recommends of hobbit-plugins, both, in Debian Stable as well as
Unstable. (And the package is architecture-independent.)

Of course you are free to not install packages listed Recommends, but
that's your own decision and not a bug. The package is just liberal
enough to allow you to not install them in case you want to disable
the plugins that need them. Because you want to be able to not install
dependencies you don't need if you don't run all the plugins which
need them, right?

Anyway, I've made the package description more explicit on this,
similar to the note in debian-goodies' package description.
