This is a revisit of #780322, but applied to the Recommends. At the time the hardcoded dependencies got moved from Depends to Recommends, but it looks like now they are not used anymore, since upstream removed the picassaweb extension in commit 5760e1da12de36208934dade855aad9fac4e53a0, upstream version 3.11.3. There does not appear to be any reference to gphoto in the source code anymore, so I'm assuming these are really unused now. Thanks, Guillem
