Dear Debian FTP Masters, Please remove package debian-builder ( https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/debian-builder ) from archive. It was dropped by upstream back in 2006, received no maintainer upload since 2008, and is no longer relevant given changes in Debian packaging in the last decade.
