Hello Lucas, I intend to NMU libpam-ldap around 2023-03-01 to fix a longstanding l10n bug[1]. The changelog would be something like the following:
libpam-ldap (186-4.2) unstable; urgency=medium
* Non-maintainer upload.
* Update debconf template translation
- Turkish translation.
