Aha, I overlooked the fact that a new test (TestByPassBasicAuthVuln) had been added to web/handler_test.go since the 02-Avoid_race_in_test.patch was added by Tina.

I patched in the same time.Sleep workaround for the new TestByPassBasicAuthVuln, and it seems to fix the failures. Hooray for racy tests!
