Sorry, this was on my todo list but obviously not high enough. I was
annoyed that we will need to keep two versions of gcr in Debian for a
while. Some apps will probably need to code copy (like
evolution-data-server) did to stop using the old gcr. There was some
discussion on https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gcr/-/issues/100

I'm going to try to get upstream to review
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gcr/-/merge_requests/127 this week
since it affects the binary package names we will use.
