Disclaimer: I'm not a maintainer for this package.
Versions 0.1.0 to 0.1.2 clearly say "PRE-RELEASE: Complete rewrite" and
have a "Pre-release" label, so it would be questionable to upload them to
sid outside a freeze. It's definitely impossible to upload them to
sid/testing during one, unless the maintainer and the release team agree
otherwise. I've initially lowered the severity of this report to important
as an RC severity wasn't justified but on a closer look this looks like a
wishlist or even not something that can be done at all.
