No, every update trough security requires a security advisory in general. Can you elaborate why an update trough the next bullseye point release does not seem sufficient? Are the actual users of the interface impacted? (Note I'm referring here to https://github.com/c-ares/c-ares/pull/497#issuecomment-1350307964).
