I could be wrong but KPatience seems to contain only single-player games, none of which seem to have a description that fits Heart's gameplay. Heart is a turn-based, multiple-rounds four-player game (where three players are computer players here), and it's not a Patience/Klondike-like game.
I now found the existing similar package I was thinking of: gnome-hearts <https://packages.debian.org/stretch/gnome-hearts>, which is only available in oldoldstable and older.
