I pushed this as an MR against the 15 branch: https://salsa.debian.org/pkg-llvm-team/llvm-toolchain/-/merge_requests/113 (I don't have access to push directly -- and that's totally fine :) I also kicked off a test build on barriere, which will take a few hours.
