Control: severity -1 important

I've rebuild igdiscover 0.11-3 in a testing and unstable
environment.  Both builds are passing all tests.

Same for me, I'm reducing the severity.

Lucas, could you please do a re-run? I wonder if it is another of
those "$specific-CPU-configuration" failures.
