retitle -1 dpkg continues to perform setup after usrmerge directory fails thanks
This was a WSL1 install of Debian, which is buggy [1] (but I do no want to be the focus of this bug report). (The /lib directory genuinely cannot be renamed, or something. Who knows what/how exactly WSL1 butchered things.) I still think this bug report represents a defect in usrmerge: the install process should have halted after that warning. It at least appeared that dpkg continued setting things up after that warning. Especially since dpkg/apt/aptitude tried a second time to do the usrmerge setup (which is normally a good idea for regular packages, IMO.) Antonio [1] https://github.com/microsoft/WSL/issues/4279
