Hi! I also just ran into that problem. It arises from bdengine.c, around line 270. A buffer of 128 bytes is allocated, but a line of unknown size is written into it.
Please update to newer upstream sources, of just fix this specific problems. 128 bytes of description isn't all that much, given that typical usage may involve to add further information to an event (like URLs, phone numbers, meeting times etc...)
