Looking at 2.6.16 kernel sources, PR_SET_UNALIGN is supported on ia64
and parisc, while PR_SET_FPEMU is supported on ia64 only. So prctl can
be built for other architectures, but we will only get an error back any
time one tries to use prctl on other architectures. Is that an
acceptable behavior?
