Package: epiphany-browser
Version: 43.1-1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
Upgrading from Bullseye to Bookworm.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
Start new version of epiphany browser as used with the old version. The session
file, that was saved before the upgrade happened to have 102 open tabs.

   * What was the outcome of this action?
The browser crashes on startup. Trying to understand why this happens, I've
ended by remove the session file and it started correctly.
Later I put back the session file and it crashed again. I thought that it was
related to one of the open pages, but after long investigation, I found that it
was correlated to the number of tabs rathen than the content of them. Operating
by bisect algorithm, I was able to find that it craches around 100 of tabs
open.

I also verified that if I open by hands one after the other, 100 tabs it
crashes. So this is not related to the stratup, but seems a limitation in the
new version.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?
I expect the new version to support, at least, as much tabs as the old one. I
use tabs like, keep it for later, and loves the unlimited number of the
previous version.
