To reiterate my answer from debian-boot@ earlier[1], we don't support
WPA3 in the installer yet (now tracked via #1035306[2]). Be it within the
installer or outside it, a custom workaround when native connectivity
isn't working (for whatever reason) is using an USB-to-Ethernet adapter.

I suspect this is a “just” a side-effect of having no network in the
installer (lack of WPA3 and no alternative connectivity); the problem I
was alluding to earlier was the absence of bookworm-updates specifically
(fixed in RC 2), and that's indeed a separate topic.

Those are definitely not installer-related topics; the former should
probably be a bug report against one of the nvidia package; the latter
isn't a bug.
