The 1.16 is coming from is libkrb5support0.symbols.

libkrb5-3 already depends on libkrb5support0 at binary:Version. My
recollection is that we've run into trouble if we add that to
libkrb5support0, effectively making everything upgrade in lockstep.
Sometimes (like now) it's necessary. But a lot of times it makes the
upgrade more complicated than necessary and introduces other problems.

So, the new libkrb5support is properly marked as breaking the old
libk5crypto and old libkrb5-3. That probably doesn't matter so much
because libkrb5-3 depends on the new libk5crypto, and depends on
libkrb5support at binary:version. So my previous change here didn't
help as much as I thought it did. You can still install the new
libk5crypto3 with the old libkrb5support0 even though that doesn't work.

I will put something together for bookworm in the next day or so and
hopefully get it in, but if not get it in for the first point release.
