Save message is missing from the interface. It's only possible to do this with "File" -> "Export mail", and you would have to mark "Export only selected messages". This is something quite usual, and it's not that intuitive to do it in the existing way, so it makes a lot of sense that it exists both in the Message menu and messages context menu. With the number of features of Sylpheed, and at version 3.7, this is something that shall have been there a long time ago, before version 1 IMHO. Marking it as an important bug for that reason.
