A mass bug filing? yes. though for 200 packages I'd announce this on [email protected] first (and include list of affected maintainers and packages), then wait a month, then file 150 instead of 200 bugs with severity normal or important, then wait another month, then drop the transitional libfreetype6-dev package and raise the severity of the remaining 100 bugs to serious.
