gnome-recipes is no longer runnable or installable since it uses libsoup2.4 and librest but we switched librest to use libsoup3 before the Debian 12 release. This issue was reported upstream in August 2022 but with no action from maintainers. If the issue is fixed, gnome-recipes can be reuploaded to Debian. gnome-recipes is available in both Flathub and the Snap Store. Therefore, please remove gnome-recipes from Debian.
