Hello. There is no "progress" because I'm not convinced it is a good idea.
It seems like an invitation for using spaces in filenames, which I think we
should avoid in either case.
Maybe I end up modifying profile as suggested, for compatibility with Ubuntu,
and only for user-provided scripts, but I would still like some policy
discouraging
spaces in filenames for Debian packages.
