Control: severity -1 serious Control: retitle -1 Package has to go through a proper transition process

After the discussions in
https://lists.debian.org/debian-mentors/2023/07/msg00057.html
it appears the package should have undergone a transition process
and a SONAME bump between versions 2.10.8+ds1-1 and 2.10.10+ds1-1 as
there are ABI breakages.
I suggest we revert the upstream version to 2.10.8 using a +really
version number and then lead the transition itself.
But feel free to handle this bug report differently if you wish.
