Small update:I noticed that you dropped the explicit libblockdev-mdraid dependency, now that udisks2 depends on it [1]
Given https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1040908 though, I've decided to demote mdadm to a Suggests for libblockdev-mdraid. This means, that libblockdev-mdraid can be non-functional, if mdadm is missing. So this is just a heads-up in case you want to add an explicit dependency to cockpit-storage.
