Hi, Richy, Erring on the side of caution, I just posted a comment [1] to the upstream project, asking if the plan to release 2.12 is still alive. If they say yes, then we might give them a hand with the remaining tasks to speed it up. Otherwise, I'll plan some debian-only update in the lines of what you mentioned before.
