Since rust-hyper-rustls has reverse dependencies as well, its move to to v0.24 will involve NEW queue and potentially take some time.
According to my searches the only direct reverse dependency of rust-hyper-rustls is rust-reqwest. I have the new version of that (which is not semver-breaking) ready to upload as soon as hyper-rustls is uploaded to unstable. I don't see any need for introducing NEW packages here.
