Two questions/remarks:1) why only testing, doesn't it make more sense to remove it from unstable (hint: reassign to ftp.debian.org) If you only need it from testing, reopening 1049438 is a reasonably fast way to achieve that. 2) as you mentioned in 1049438, the reverse (test) depends should be fixed first. Please remove the moreinfo tag once that has happened.
