Dear Maintainers,

Please address the compilation failure issue of the hello-traditional package
on the LoongArch architecture.
I have identified that this is due to outdated `config.guess` and `config.sub`
files.
The LoongArch architecture is now supported in autotools-dev [1].

Thanks for the report. This is really an upstream bug. I'll forward it upstream.

I have made changes to the `debian/rules` file, and the package can now be
successfully built.

Well, I guess you didn't notice but this package is precisely an example
package showing all
the weird things one has to do when debhelper is not available. So, we can't
use dh_autoreconf
here, because then we would have to add debhelper to build-depends, and not
using debhelper is
the whole point of the package.

I'll update config.guess and config.sub instead (if the "hello" upstream
maintainers
do not fix this upstream).

Thanks.
