Dear Maintainer,

Sometimes fig2dev does not include the prolog for UTF-8 fonts into EPS
file and non-ascii characters display uncorrectly. 
The attached FIG files look equally (the only difference is compount
object) but for one fig2dev gives correct EPS and for another it does
not.
